Highly recommend for a family getaway

We arrived and immediately felt at ease with the ample parking and fantastic spot to unwind. The staff were so friendly, really made the kids feel special with milk and cookies, and even set up a little pirate work folder for them to enjoy!

It wasn't a bargain, but for the service and amenities, it was still reasonable.

The Deluxe Queen Room was really comfy. I could finally sleep without sneezing from dust, which is rare for me. Super clean too, big props to the housekeeping team! My daughter and I felt completely at ease. Only downside was the room could use some modern touches, but we still had a nice time.

i had a great 3-night stay at the delta. the breakfast offered healthy choices and a full english that was really tasty. the hotel is in a convenient location, close to my family in the area. the spa was a lovely treat, especially the massages. the upgrades made a significant difference, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

the pool was nice n clean, plenty of changing rooms n lockers. the staff were kinda friendly too n helped us out with questions. breakfast had decent options too, i liked the continental stuff. the room size was big enough for our family, lots of space for everyone. overall, comfy stay and we enjoyed our time there.

The towel rail in the bathroom fell off the wall!

My kids wished there had been a pool, which was closed during our stay. It would be great if the hotel could offer families better communication about facility availability before arrival.
